Julie Price
Julie is the highly respected leader in IT and Transformation and currently works as Chief Operating Officer at Igale Limited. She brings significant brand and customer engagement expertise. Prior to her current role, Julie has been Chief Transformation Officer for retailer The Entertainer and worked for a number of high profile companies, including White Stuff, Ann Summers, TJX and Mars Group.
Stewart Davenport
Stewart recently retired as Managing Director of Lovell Partnerships Ltd. He is a very experienced development and construction professional, having overseen a development pipeline of around 3,000 homes every year for Lovell.
Lee Gibson
Lee is a Senior Director at Newbridge Advisors LLP providing advisory work across the housing sector. Prior to that, he was Executive Director of Finance at Bromford Housing Association and a Divisional Finance and Commercial Director at Serco Group Plc. Lee brings with him a wealth of experience in delivering better services for less.
Yvonne Arrowsmith
Yvonne has worked in the Social Housing sector for the past 30 years, prior to which she was a Nurse. She has carried out many roles including Chief Executive Officer of East Thames Housing and Saffron Housing Trust, Group Director of Operations for Family Mosaic, and Group Supported Housing Director.
Ingrid Fife
Appointed as an OHGL Board Member on 1 December 2021.Ingrid is also a member of the Riverside Group Board which is the Parent of One Housing Group & is Chair at Yorkshire Housing.
Tracy Thomas
Having worked in Local Government for over 18 years, Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge, balance and experience in Customer Service, Restructure Processes, Service Improvement and Change Management to the Board. Her determination, commitment and passion to Local Government Service Delivery and Community has enabled her to gain a lived experience and insight of frontline Customer Service and Project Management.
Jehan Weerasinghe, Managing Director
Jehan joined as Managing Director of One Housing and part of Riverside’s executive Team in September 2023. Prior to joining he worked for the Wheatley Group in Scotland where he held the role of Managing Director of Customer Experience. He was also MD of Wheatley Homes Glasgow for the bulk of his time at Wheatley, which is Scotland’s largest housing association (45,000 homes). Jehan worked for L&Q for over 16 years between 2002-19, where he held a number of roles relating to regeneration, mergers, stock transfers, operations and community investment. His last role at L&Q was Regional Operations Director. In his time at L&Q he was involved in the mergers of East Thames and Ujima. Prior to his career in housing Jehan also worked for IBM Global Services Ltd and the Office for National Statistics. Jehan holds degrees in Sociology (University of Reading) and Comparative Social Policy (University of Oxford).
