Stewart Davenport
Stewart recently retired as Managing Director of Lovell Partnerships Ltd. He is a very experienced development and construction professional, having overseen a development pipeline of around 3,000 homes every year for Lovell.
On 1 December 2021, Stewart was appointed as a Board Member of the Riverside Group (parent of One Housing Group). He chairs The Riverside Group’s Development Committee which leads on all development and regeneration matters across the Group.
