Lee Gibson
Lee is a Senior Director at Newbridge Advisors LLP providing advisory work across the housing sector. Prior to that, he was Executive Director of Finance at Bromford Housing Association and a Divisional Finance and Commercial Director at Serco Group Plc. Lee brings with him a wealth of experience in delivering better services for less.
Lee is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has an Accounting and Business Studies degree plus 25 years’ experience working for blue chip organisations such as Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Atos. He is a firm believer that as well as ensuring tight financial controls are in place, the finance function should add value by providing the right financial and commercial support to the wider business.
He is particularly passionate about ensuring the finance function serves the needs of both internal and external customers. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his young family and is a keen sportsman including skiing, sailing, running marathons, cycling, swimming and triathlons.
Lee is a member of the Group Audit Committee at the Riverside Group (parent of One Housing Group).
