Become a volunteer

Help make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

If you can devote at least two hours of support per week, we want to hear from you.

Whatever your skills and experience, there is always something for you to do. No experience is needed, and you will be trained and supported in your role.

Type of volunteering opportunities

Our volunteering opportunities support vulnerable people to live life to their full potential and access the wider community with confidence. Activities that you could help with include:

  • Befriending
  • Administration
  • Gardening
  • Photography
  • Cookery
  • Arts and crafts
  • Art and museum visits
  • Dance and music
  • Sports
  • Facilitating social groups
  • Counselling
  • Sharing with our customers any other skills you have.

  • develop and enhance your skills and can help you into employment
  • meet new people,
