Every year we invest millions of pounds in our ongoing modernisation programme, installing new bathrooms, kitchens, boilers, central heating systems and doors.

Planned modernisation programme

So that we can plan our improvement programme in the most effective way, we carry out internal surveys to check the condition of homes.

We aim to carry out these checks every five years and will write to let you know when your home is due to be surveyed. As part of this process, we’ll need to arrange a convenient time for a surveyor to visit your home so they can see what modernisation work might be needed.

We will then be in contact with you again when planned maintenance to your home or block is planned as part of our annual programme.
