By effectively managing our relationships with suppliers, we are able to increase our ability to create more places for people to call home, support them to live well and build lasting homes and communities.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 govern how we select and award contracts for supplies and services above certain financial values or thresholds.
The current thresholds, which will apply until 1 January 2022, are as follows:
- Supply, services and design contracts: £189,330
- Works contracts: £4,733,252
- Social and other specific services: £663,540
For contracts expected to be below these thresholds, we are guided by our own internal procurement policies and procedures.
