    Call 0300 123 9966 or 020 8821 5300 to talk to us about a repair or if you have questions about your home.

    *Calls will be answered between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Mon-Fri.

    Residents in Berkshire can report a repair to Housing Solutions on 0800 587 9941. For general enquiries, you can call our duty officer on 020 8821 5344

    *Calls will be answered between 8:45am and 5:15pm Mon-Fri and 10:00am to 4:45pm on Wednesday.

    We’re introducing a brand new phone system to improve the way we handle calls. The new system will help us provide you with a more effective service and faster response times. It can also track voice messages which means our teams will be able to get back to you even when they are out and about, which they weren’t able to do with the old system. Please note that whilst we are migrating to the new system, there may be temporary disruption to voicemail so please don’t leave a message if you call us during this time as it may not be retrievable. Migration to the new system is taking place between Wednesday 5 December and Friday 21 December.
