We value the diversity of our workforce and are proud to say that half of the Non-Executive Directors on our Board are women, and half of our Board members are BAME. 

As an organisation with a strong social purpose, we work in some of the most diverse communities in the UK and our workforce reflects this, as outlined in our most recent workforce diversity report 2022-23.

We understand the strength we gain from having and supporting our diverse teams, and the different skills and experiences that our colleagues from different backgrounds bring. It allows us to make better decisions, consider different views and be an altogether more interesting and cohesive place to work.

We have a new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy which describes our approach.
