Tony has lived in Tower Hamlets for over 50 years. He works as an administrator for a faith-based organisation dealing with residential and commercial lets as well as linking in with community projects in Bethnal Green.
Dealing with the public on a range of housing matters gives him insights into the problems faced within the social housing sector. Tony has over 40 years experience of working with young people, including work as a Scouting District Commissioner overseeing the development of over 400 young people and adults with Tower Hamlets council.
He thinks that improving communication with residents is crucial and is keen to get more people involved in resident meetings. He’s also a great believer in ensuring that meetings are well managed and run to time.
