Key performance indicators (KPIs)
    KPIs measure important aspects of our services that tell you how well we are doing in areas such as customer service, repairs and tackling anti-social behaviour.

    You can find out what proportion of emergency repairs were completed on time or how many residents were satisfied with the work we have done on their homes. We will soon publish our KPI performance data and encourage resident scrutiny groups, such as Area Boards, to view and comment on our performace. 

    Our Group Board also oversees our high level KPIs to make sure we are performing efficiently and effectively.
