Our performance
    Our policies underpin our services. We regularly check and monitor our performance to make sure we are meeting our service standards.

    Performance monitoring and improvement run throughout One Housing. Our Group Board has regular updates on key performance indicators. We also encourage our recognised resident scrutiny groups such as Area Boards to review our performance data. If you'd like to join one of these groups please call 0300 123 9966 or 020 8821 5300 and ask to speak to your housing officer.

    We are also members of HouseMark, an independent service run jointly by the Chartered Institute of Housing and the National Housing Federation and used by a large number of housing providers to track and compare their performance. 

    Service standards

    We review our service standards regularly to make sure they meet our priorities and those of our customers and residents.

    We track and monitor a wide range of key performance indicators (KPIS) to understand how well we perform in customer service, repairs and in tackling anti-social behaviour. Monthly KPI reports tell us if we're meeting our targets and help managers deliver improvements where necessary.
