We are looking for a new Customer Panel Chair

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Panel, which represents the interests and needs of customers who benefit from our wide range of care and support services. Putting your skills and passion into practice, this role will allow you to make a valuable contribution to the delivery of our objectives.

    As Chair of our Customer Panel you will support the mission and vision set out in our Vision and Plan 2018-23 and work closely with the Care and Support Committee, Group Director of Care and Support and Senior Executive Team to ensure our care and support customers benefit from quality services.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead Customer Panel discussions and ensure that everyone is given the opportunity to express their views during meetings. The Chair will also act as a mentor for the Customer Panel Vice Chair and support their development.

    You will preferably have some knowledge of the Housing and Health & Social Care sector; however, we accept applications from candidates from all walks of life with transferrable skills.
