    We are investing in improving our services and customers’ experience and earlier this year we asked you for your feedback on what you thought about the services we provided and how we could improve. Thank you if you took part in the survey. Your feedback was much appreciated.

    What we learnt is that while you have seen us improve, our different brands and names of services are complex and confusing. For that reason, we have simplified our brand and renamed some of our services so that it’s clear they are part of One Housing.

    Don’t worry, the change in logo won't change the ways you can communicate with us, but it will help you know that you can expect a good and consistent service, whichever part of the organisation you are dealing with.

    Please also know that we will be implementing the new logo/s is the most economical way, so you will continue to see our old logo on our buildings and customer information leaflets as we make the transition from old to new.
