One Housing Establishes Framework Agreement for Consultants

     

    One Housing has chosen consultants across eight lots for their four-year framework Agreement which will run to 2022.

     

    One Housing has chosen consultants across eight lots for their four-year framework Agreement which will run to 2022.

    The framework agreement covers Architects, Architects (Specialist Supported Living), Employers Agent, Employers Agent (Specialist Supported Living), Structural & Civil Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Planning Consultant and Valuation Consultant.

    Under the Framework Agreement, One Housing and its subsidiaries (both current and future) will have the option to call-off contracts with consultants as and when services are required.

     

    Mike Johnston, Group Director of Development, One Housing said: “We are pleased to welcome so many consultants onto our framework. We have a significant development programme and anticipate delivering approximately 500 residential units per year focussing on London and its commuter markets.”
