A series of exhibitions exploring the findings of the latest survey of residents' homes will be held across the Isle of Dogs in March.

The stock condition survey report, carried out by independent building surveyors, Hunters. The company was appointed by the Stock Condition Board (featuring representatives from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, the 4 Estates Forum (4EF), One Housing, and Independent Tenant and Leaseholder Advisor Mike Tyrrell) to carry out an independent survey of the Barkantine, Kingsbridge, Samuda and St John’s estates. The survey looked at each block and street property and the communal areas on each of the estates, as well as interior surveys of a representative sample of homes. Download the full report.

Jointly with Hunters, we've organised this series of events and exhibitions to present and explore the findings of the report, as well as explaining the extra costs for maintaining the properties and the rental income information. We’ll be holding an event on each estate, you're welcome to come along to one or all four.

Representatives from Hunters will be joined by One Housing staff and Mike Tyrrell at each of the events, to explain what the findings mean and to answer your questions. You’re welcome to come along to one or all four events. We’re hoping that as many residents will come along to them as possible. We’re keen for everyone to join in the conversation – we want you to tell us what you think of the results, and how we should move forward with creating longterm plans for the Isle of Dogs.

We look forward to seeing you all there.
