Nelissa started on our Customer Panel in early 2010 as a One Support customer. When the Customer Panel was transformed into the One Support Customer Board Nelissa applied for the role of Independent Member, and was successfully appointed following a recruitment process.
A Vice Chair role was introduced to the Board in June 2012 and Nelissa was been appointed to this role following a recruitment process and sign off by the Customer Board. Nelissa also participated in our internal service inspections to help us monitor the quality of our services and hopes to start volunteer role with One Support. Nelissa was awarded The Mayor of London’s Team London award for volunteering with One Support.
