    We've moved! Our new head office in Camden is now open. You can find out more about the move here.

    Staff in Chalk Farm and Mile End are relocating to the new office and our offices in Chalk Farm (100 Chalk Farm Road) and Mile End (44 Palmers Road - also known as Suttons Wharf South) are closing. The Mile End office is closing on Friday 15th November.

    Why are you moving to a new office?
    We are committed to improving the way we deliver customer service and continue to take your feedback on board to help us do just that. Having our teams based in the same office will enable everyone to work together far more collaboratively and effectively which, in turn, will help us improve the services we provide to you.

    Where is the new office?
    Our new office is in Atelier House, 64 Pratt Street, London NW1 0DL, approximately five minutes’ walk from Camden Town tube station.

    Can I visit the office?
    The easiest way to get in touch is to call or email us in the first instance so that we can help with any queries you might have. However, if you would still like to speak to us in person, you will be able to make an appointment to visit us in the new office (please see contact details below). Residents living in east London may prefer to make an appointment to visit one of our offices on the Isle of Dogs (12 The Quarter Deck, London E14 8SJ or 17 Castalia Square, London E14 3PQ). 

    Will the move affect how I contact you?
    No, there will be no change - you should continue to contact us by phone on 0300 123 9966 or email on ask@onehousing.co.uk.  

    Is Atelier House accessible to those with mobility problems?
    Yes, the office is fully accessible.
