Care and Support Customer Panel


This panel helps us monitor our care and support services, its policies and performance.

It allows our customers to influence and help shape the services they receive. These include: floating support, mental health services, young people services, homelessness services and older people services.

The panel meets regularly. As well as monitoring our performance and policies, the panel members also inspect our services.

Membership

This consists of:

  • Current customers - one member from each part of our care and support services
  • One volunteer
  • Independent members
  • Martin D’Mello, Group Director for Housing, Care and Support

The meetings are facilitated by a member of the Care and Support Service Development Team.

Our current acting chair of the panel will hold the position as One Housing completes its merger with the Riverside Group.

Do you want to help improve and shape our services? If you're a customer of care and support, you could gain valuable skills and experience by becoming a member. We review the panel membership every three years and as and when current members leave the panel.
