On Tuesday 25 September, the Repairs Helpdesk will be closed from 3.00pm until 8.00am on Wednesday for staff training.

If you need to report an emergency repair, please call 0300 123 9966 or 020 8821 5300 and you will speak to our out-of-hours provider. To report a non-urgent repair please email cscmaintenance@onehousing.co.uk.

    About One Direct
    One Direct is our in-house repairs and maintenance service. Our aim is to provide you with a responsive, value for money service to make sure that you live in a safe, comfortable and secure environment.

    One Direct will manage and carry out repairs to all of our properties in London. We created our own in-house team to improve value for money and improve quality with a 'right first time' approach compared to using external contractors as we have in the past.

    In line with our service standards we will:

    • Provide a 24 hour, seven days a week service to report emergency repairs.
    • Make emergency repairs within 24 hours.
    • Complete urgent repairs within five working days.
    • Complete routine repairs within 20 working days.
    • Carry out a gas safety check on your property each year.

    We're responsible for most of the repairs in your home, but there are a few checks which you can carry out yourself without having to call us first.
