    ARCO

    One Housing is a founding member of the Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO) which is the main body representing the retirement community in the UK. It aims to provide a benchmark for good practice within the housing-with-care sector. As Approved Operators, we aim to comply with the ARCO Consumer Code at all the schemes that we have registered with ARCO. For information on their framework and Consumer code, visit www.arcouk.org

    Private care

    One Housing is expanding into the private care home sector with the development of our new, premium private care home brand Baycroft.

    Baycroft create luxury care homes and senior villages, designed to cater to the varying and individual needs of all our residents. Our aim is to develop homes and villages that residents are proud to call home.

    How to complain & give feedback

    We aim to provide high quality services across all of our work. But sometimes things can go wrong and we don’t do as well as we should. If this happens, please tell us so that we can try to put things right. We are committed to dealing with complaints quickly, fairly and effectively. We also welcome positive feedback such as compliments as well as suggestions you have for making our services better.
