    Our customer involvement programme, Be Involved sets out how our customers can get involved in shaping the services they receive.

    The opportunities available include:

    • an effective Customer Board which provides a direct link between customers and the One Housing Board.
    • A network of Regional Customer Panels
    • The Customer Enterprise Fund, offering customers the opportunity to develop activities at local services
    • The Links newsletter which allows us to communicate with our customers
    • Participating in our internal quality monitoring system by acting as a Service Inspection Volunteer
    • Annual customer satisfaction surveys across all services
    • The introduction of an exit survey
    • A range of local customer involvement activities including Come and Go Days, House Meetings, surgeries and forums
    • Participating in staff recruitment processes.
