    Our Finance directorate provide a wide range of finance-related support to departments and teams across One Housing.

    The three broad areas supported by the Finance team are:

    Corporate Finance, consisting of our Financial Planning, Securitisations and Treasury Teams whose role is to ensure the financial viability of One Housing’s vision. Carrying out a huge range of vital roles from financial stress testing and modelling to revaluations, liquidity planning and arranging debt facilities; this team play a key role in ensuring One Housing are able to deliver for their residents and communities into the future.

    Financial Management and Transaction oversee all financial operations for One Housing including producing statutory accounts, managing supplier payments, administering pension contributions and testing and monitoring covenant compliance.

    The Procurement team support the business in purchasing the goods, services and works needed to operate effectively and achieve its objectives.  With a focus on reducing process costs, optimising value for money and complying with all regulatory requirements the Procurement team offer guidance and support to consolidate spend and drive efficiencies.
