For you

Senior living

Our Senior Living services are driven by the fundamental belief that our customers’ control and independence lies at the heart of delivering a thriving, stimulating and flexible scheme

We have developed a new brand named Season for our existing extra care homes and all future developments.

We have three existing extra care schemes in London.

  • Esther Randall near Regent’s Park in Camden, opened in August 2011 and has 34 one-bedroom self-contained flats.
  • Roden Court is located between Crouch End and Highgate in Haringey which opened in July 2012 and has 17 one-bedroom and 23 two-bedroom self-contained flats.
  • Roseberry Mansions in the thriving new regeneration area of King’s Cross opened in September 2013 and has 34 one-bedroom and six two-bedroom self-contained flats.

We presently have over 400 units in the pipeline across London and Home Counties, which are set for completion in 2016/2017. On completion, as per our existing schemes, these affordable homes will continue to provide quality facilities to its residents and enable them to live independently with the security of our skilled care and support service. They will also provide aspirational living and increased sense of community by introducing a dining offer, bar and concierge service.

ARCO

One Housing are founding members of the Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO) which is the main body representing the retirement community in the UK. It aims to provide a benchmark for good practice within the housing-with-care sector.

Private Care

In order to widen the scope of fund generation, One Housing will be moving into the private care home sector with the development of a new premium private care home brand.

The aim is to build a portfolio of up to 10 Care Homes for the luxury private market in London and the South East by 2019. The first development is due to commence January 2016 with an opening in Summer 2017.
