Last week, we wrote* to all residents letting them know that we’ve procured a new car park management provider, UK Car Park Management Ltd (CPM). CPM will replace our existing providers CPP and Park Direct to deliver a comprehensive car parking service. To ensure a smooth transition, changes to the current process will be kept to a minimum. 

The new service will come at no extra cost to you, but will offer a number of benefits such as:

  • Flexible 24-hour warden patrol.
  • Resident parking infringement reporting (call to request a warden to visit the site).
  • Removing abandoned vehicles across reported sites.
  • Request a permit through multiple channels; website portal, email, phone, One Housing offices.
  • Litter picking at sites when workloads permit.
  • Flexible Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) payment options for low income households.
  • Direct resident engagement online, residents can submit permit applications, make PCN payments and appeal.
